Class of 1994

Rowan Bridge (Politics)
After leaving Hull I solved the problems of third world debt before moving into Hugh Hefner’s Playboy Mansion for a few years. At the moment I’m training to be the first person from Stoke in outer space. OK, not really, but it sounds impressive. I sold my soul to the establishment and joined the BBC. Worked across the north of England before selling out and moving down south to be a producer at BBC Radio Five Live. I’m now rown.bridge@bbc.co.uk

George Choy (Management)
Recently moved house and married long term girlfriend Sarah. George.D.Choy@aexp.com

Rachel Earl-Johnson (nee Earl) (English)
Married a tall handsome Aussie and became breakfast presenter at Ram FM in Derby. Have blonde highlights and still look anaemic.

Emma Gautrey (nee Walters) (Theology)
After completing my PGCE at Hull I returned to my home town of Rotherham where I supplied at special needs schools. I moved to Surrey six years ago and have been teaching at a junior school in Oxted since. I married James in April 2001 and live in Redhill.

Julie Griffiths (Chemistry)
After leaving Hull I got a job working in my chosen industry (Chemistry) only to find it really dull. So opened my own business selling computers, which I did for three years before moving on to working from home web designing. Presently doing what I spent three years training to do – looking after my baby Joshua. Would love to hear from anyone who knew me: email julie@jitterbug.co.uk

Simon Hall (Economics)
Now living in SE London and working in the city. Hi to all 91/92 Feronians, especially B Block.

Patrick Henson (Management)
I’m still in the same places. At work, I have moved into managing our treasury systems. At home my eldest continues his struggles as an artist and the youngest continues to surprise us with his insights despite his learning difficulties.

Christian Howe (Chemistry)
Work in the countryside now, as Northamptonshire Project Officer for the conservation charity BTCV. When not doing that I’m walking in the mountains! No longer have a ponytail! Keen to contact Sharon Marr again – where did you go?

Brenda Hutchinson (Theology)
Still involved in interfaith matters where time/money/health allows. Seems now to have become a global issue since 11th September – perhaps one of the ‘good’ things to have come out of the tragedy. Am in touch with one or two of you but where are Ed and Justine now?

Eric Hutchinson (Engineering)
Retired in 1999. Sailed my Humber barge to Channel Islands, then to France. John William and I are wintering in Perros Guirec. A lovely place, then after Easter heading south. Should be in La Coruna by next winter. Anyone coming to the Biscay area – phone me.

Katherine Jackson (nee Stringer) (Sociology)
Got married in July 2000 to Karl, a science teacher at a local middle school. In December 2001 gave birth to our son Tobias. I am still teaching at a primary school in Lowestoft in the nursery and co-ordinating the foundation stage!

Chaudhry Latif (Management)
I am in the UK. I hope my friends Shoaib Qureshi, Basit, Saquib, Bilal and Bushra are ok. My email address is ch_asif_latif@hotmail.com

Angela Lipscomb (nee Cookson) (Management)
After leaving Hull worked for BAE Systems for six years in HR. Moved from Lancashire to York in 1996 and married John in 1998. Currently taking a career break as had baby Harry in Feb 2001. Moved to Sydney for two years in Feb 2002. johnandang@hotmail.com

Adrian MacKay (MBA Strategic Marketing)
I am now living in harmony with Jan; where are you Wholley Hall pioneers? Contact mac@daw.co.uk

Michael Murray (MA Educational Studies)
Still supply teaching for North and East Yorkshire. Have also resumed acting, my former career. Occasionally work in the theatre, TV and film; also do voice-overs. Professional name is Michael McMurray. mmsmrry@aol.com

James Schofield (Economics)
Still living and working in Hull. Presently employed as a field archaeologist although I’m ultimately hoping to use my Doctorate (awarded May 2001) to pursue a career as an academic. It would be great to hear from old friends (Email: edscholfield@visto.com).

Helen Shields (European Studies)
Been in US since March 1999, first in Houston and now in San Diego, sunny California. Still working for Shell in their US power and gas trading company.

Alison Skinner (nee Owens) (Economics)
Married Graham Skinner in 1999 and expecting first baby in 2002. Been living in and around London since graduation but will always be a northern girl at heart! Hello to everyone who remembers me!

Uditha Threenesh (nee Prem Kumar) (Politics)
